Prius RLX Dual-Layer Therapeutic Foam Mattress

The RLX is an entry-level therapeutic foam replacement mattress designed to prevent skin breakdown in patients who spend extended time in bed. No pump or power required — a dual-layer foam construction redistributes body weight and provides targeted heel protection. Compatible with all hospital bed frames and standard home beds with box springs.

Two-Layer Construction

• Layer 1 — Zoned Comfort Foam (Top): Contours to the body, delivering targeted pressure relief and reducing risk of pressure sores.
• Visco Elastic Foam Foot Section: Dedicated memory foam heel section reduces pressure on vulnerable heel areas.
• Layer 2 — Firm Foam Support Base: Ensures stability and helps the mattress retain its shape over time for reliable long-term performance.

RLX vs VLX — Which to Choose

• Choose RLX: Cost-effective pressure relief with targeted foot section support. Good for lower-risk patients and budget-conscious settings.
• Choose VLX: Full-body cool visco elastic comfort with advanced temperature regulation and tri-layer construction. Better for higher-risk patients or those requiring more comprehensive pressure management.
