Hoyer Presence Professional Power Patient Lift

The Hoyer Presence is engineered to handle virtually any patient-handling task in home care, long-term care, rehabilitation, and acute care environments. With Smart Monitor technology, a powered base, swan-neck legs for floor transfers, and an extensive 16.9"–75.2" lifting range, the Presence is the most capable lift in the Hoyer lineup — and the only lift in its class with integrated operational tracking standard.

Smart Monitor Technology

The Presence is the only patient lift in its class with an integrated Smart Monitor — a control box with LCD display that goes beyond basic lift operation:

• Lift activity tracking: Records actual number of lifts performed for usage and compliance data
• Service reminders: Automatically alerts users when recommended service intervals are due
• Battery status display: Shows remaining battery power at a glance
• Large red emergency button: Immediately accessible during transfers

Powered Base — Foot Pedal Leg Adjustment

Legs open and close electronically via foot pedal — no bending, twisting, or manual force required. The caregiver stays upright throughout positioning. The U-shaped base widens to position around chairs and wheelchairs, narrows to pass through doorways.

Swan Neck Leg Design

The swan-neck leg geometry curves inward and under furniture — allowing the lift to get closer to the patient than standard straight-leg lifts. Critical for floor lifts and transfers from low surfaces.

Optional Integrated Scale

Available with an optional NAWI Class III-rated digital patient scale. Weighs the patient during the transfer — no additional step or equipment required. Full lifting range maintained with scale installed. Two-sided digital display visible to both caregiver and patient.

Optional Low Leg Kit

Standard leg height is 4.7". The optional Low Leg Kit reduces leg height to 2.4" — allowing the base to slide under low-profile beds and furniture that standard legs cannot clear.
