Hoyer HPL450 Powered Patient Lift

The HPL450 is a reliable, versatile mobile lift designed for safe daily transfers in both home care and clinical environments. With a 450 lb safe working load, a compact base footprint for tight spaces, and the choice of powered or manual base, the HPL450 gives caregivers the flexibility to handle transfers comfortably from bed, wheelchair, floor, recliner, or toilet.

Powered Base vs Manual Base

• Powered Base (HPL450-EL): Legs open and close via electric control — no manual pushing. Easier for caregivers with limited strength or working in tight spaces. Includes dual-battery system and offboard charger.
• Manual Base (HPL450-ML): Legs open and close via foot pedal — more economical and simpler for settings where the powered base isn't needed.

Sling Compatibility

The HPL450 uses a standard 6-point spreader bar compatible with the full range of Hoyer slings. Slings are sold separately.
