The Flexabed Twin Size Hi-Low SL is a fully electric adjustable bed built for home care and assisted living situations where function, safety, and appearance all matter. At 38" wide — the same width as a standard hospital bed — the Twin is the most direct hospital bed alternative in the Flexabed lineup.

Three independent LINAK actuator motors control head, foot, and full bed height with quiet, smooth precision. Add optional bed rails and you have all the practical function of a full electric hospital bed, without the institutional look that makes a bedroom feel like a hospital room.

The Flexabed is made in the USA and uses standard twin bedding — no specialty hospital linens required. Five mattress options are available, from traditional innerspring to gel-infused memory foam, so you can configure the bed around the patient's comfort needs rather than settle for whatever comes standard.
