The DLX is the most economical entry point in the Prius foam mattress lineup — providing essential pressure distribution and dedicated heel protection for patients who spend extended time in bed. No pump or power required. USA-manufactured high-density foam maintains density, form, and strength far longer than overseas alternatives. Compatible with hospital beds and standard home bed frames with box springs.

Two-Layer Construction

• Layer 1 — Zoned Comfort Foam (Top): Contours to the body's shape, delivering targeted pressure relief to key pressure points and reducing risk of pressure sores.
• Heel Soft Foam Foot Section: Dedicated soft foam in the heel area — one of the most common locations for pressure ulcer development — significantly reduces risk of heel injuries.
• Layer 2 — Firm Foam Support Base: Structural foundation for stability and long-term shape retention.
