The Tuffcare Century T7042 is a fully electric 42"-wide low bed designed specifically for long-term care environments where safety, comfort, and ease of caregiving are the priority. The extra 42" width provides added comfort and sleeping space, while the low height range and Trendelenburg positioning make it ideal for residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, or chronic impairments that reduce independence in daily activities.

Positioning Options

• Hi-Low: 9.75" to 29.5" for fall prevention and safe transfers
• Head up/down: Up to 65° backrest elevation
• Knee up/down: Up to 43° knee elevation
• Trendelenburg: Head-down tilt for therapeutic circulation support
• Reverse Trendelenburg: Foot-down tilt for respiratory and reflux management
• Lawn Chair position: One-touch comfort positioning for meals and relaxation

Frame & Setup

The two-piece split-grid frame ships in manageable sections for easier delivery, assembly, and relocation. Headboard and footboard are included. Factory pre-installed DC motors mean no complicated wiring — connect the sections, plug in, and the bed is ready to use.
