0Y0109 is a pair of 3" front (75mm) caster wheels. 

These are the factory casters.

See #2 in attached parts drawing.

NOTE: Hoyer/Joerns recommends purchasing the optional caster wrench and claims the job can be difficult without it.  However, another customer suggests cutting 1/4" off the plastic with a hacksaw and then use a standard 7/8" wrench. (See the customer REVIEW below.)
