Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with any product purchases made on our store. If something is not right when you receive your order, please let us know right away. If it arrived damaged, mark the delivery receipt "damaged" and call us right away. If it was sent incorrectly we will make the exchange at no cost to you. Each product page states the item's return policy.

Regarding all products marked as Not Returnable:
If any product you receive is damaged, broken, or not as advertised, we will have the item replaced, or repaired if there is a simple fix. "No Return" does not mean you could be stuck with a defective product. We stand behind all products along with the manufacturer's warranties.

When returning an item: You need a Return Authorization Number from us. Simply email us at: service@allpointsmedical.com. We will respond with the RMA number and instructions.

Returns without the RMA number will not be accepted. The item must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the RMA. We will credit your purchase once the product is received and verified it is in new condition.

Following health and safety guidelines:
For any disposable product return, please be aware that we can only accept UNOPENED CASES and you are responsible for the shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Products:

We do not accept return on the following products for any reason other than manufacturer's defect:  bathroom safety equipment, benches, bath transfer chairs, commodes, reusable washable products, PVC shower chairs, respiratory products, mattresses, some replacement parts as noted on the product's page.

Order cancellation:
If you need to cancel an order, please do it immediately. We will make every attempt to stop your order from shipping. If you cancel the order before it ships there will be no fee. If the order has already shipped you will be responsible for both the shipping cost to you and back and the order will be handled as a return with a possible re-stocking fee. Re-Stocking Fees are product dependent and range from 15% to 25%.
